プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

CommentDrivenMovie（以下「本アプリ」）は、運営者自身のYouTubeチャンネルで行う実験のためだけに、YouTube API Services を利用します。本アプリは YouTube API Services を使用しています。本アプリが投稿した動画の視聴・コメントには YouTube利用規約 が適用されます。

CommentDrivenMovie ("the app") uses YouTube API Services solely for an experiment run on the operator's own YouTube channel. This app uses YouTube API Services. Viewing and commenting on videos published by the app are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

取得するデータ / Data we access

• 運営者のチャンネルに本アプリが投稿した動画に寄せられた公開コメントの本文、投稿日時、投稿者のチャンネルID / Text, publish time and author channel ID of public comments on videos the app published on the operator's channel
• 運営者自身のチャンネルID（自分のコメントを除外するため） / The operator's own channel ID (to exclude the operator's own comments)

本アプリは、運営者以外のユーザーのGoogleアカウントへのアクセス権を求めません。 / The app never requests access to any Google account other than the operator's.

利用目的 / How we use data

• コメントの内容を解釈し、次のVersionの動画に反映するため / To interpret comments and apply requested changes to the next version of the video
• 同じ投稿者の重複投票を防ぐため（投稿者のチャンネルIDのみ使用） / To prevent duplicate votes by the same author (only the author channel ID is used)
• 採用されたコメントの本文を、次のVersionの動画冒頭と概要欄に表示するため（投稿者名・アイコンは表示しません） / To show the text of adopted comments at the beginning of the next video and in its description (author names and icons are not shown)

共有 / Sharing

取得したデータを第三者に販売・提供しません。コメント本文の解釈のために、外部のAI言語モデルAPI（OpenCode Go）へ本文を送信します。 / We do not sell or share the data with third parties. Comment text is sent to an external AI language model API (OpenCode Go) solely to interpret it.

保存・更新・削除 / Storage, refresh and deletion

• YouTube API Services 開発者ポリシーに従い、取得したコメント本文と投稿者のチャンネルIDは、取得から30日以内に本アプリのデータベース・記録ファイルから削除します。 / In line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, comment text and author channel IDs obtained from the API are deleted from the app's database and record files within 30 days of retrieval.
• 次の動画に表示するコメントは、表示の直前にYouTube上でまだ存在するかを確認し、削除されていれば表示しません。 / Before a comment is shown in the next video, the app checks that it still exists on YouTube and does not show it if it has been deleted.
• 長期の研究記録には、コメントから導いた変更内容・判定結果などの派生データのみを残します。 / Only derived records (such as the requested changes and decisions) are kept long-term for research.
• ご自身のコメントに関するデータの削除を希望される場合は、YouTube上でコメントを削除するか、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。 / To have data about your comment deleted, delete the comment on YouTube or contact us below.

Googleのプライバシーポリシー / Google Privacy Policy

YouTube API Services の利用には Googleのプライバシーポリシー（Google Privacy Policy） が適用されます。本アプリへのアクセス権は Googleのセキュリティ設定ページ からいつでも取り消せます。 / The Google Privacy Policy applies to the use of YouTube API Services. Access granted to the app can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.
